We could not be prouder of Owen. This is his second year in 4H and he has done so well, learned so much , and has become one amazing cowboy that can outride quite a few. I get to help by being the assistant leader and we decided to give saddles away this year with buckles to the reserve champ. We even managed to keep it a secret all the way up til they brought in the saddles,( thats the pic with the surprised faces) Owen also got a blue ribbon on his record book but I still have to say the highlight of the night was watching him win his new saddle. I am so proud to say he is my cowboy. I also want to thank Shasta for letting be a part of it by helping and for my new braclet she gave to me.

Your blog is so cute Amy and your little cowboy is so adorable. I wish we were able to have some property that we we're more able to do things with horses. I'm so jealous! Tell him congratulations on his saddle. That is a big thing for a little guy!!
